Dean Ellingson and David Ellingson allege that the Will executed by Orville Ellingson should be invalidated due to undue influence or lack of mental ability. Plaintiffs also allege that Defendants Dale Ellingson and Diana Niemeier-Ellingson intentionally interfered with their inheritance from their father, Orville Ellingson. Defendants deny the allegations made by Plaintiffs.
