Plaintiff has sued SAADI ALBAGHDADI, M.D. and MEDICAL ASSOCIATES OF CLINTON, IOWA, PLC. Plaintiff alleges that SAADI ALBAGHDADI, M.D. was negligent in the care and treatment of LEONA ENGELKENS, causing damages. Defendants deny they were negligent and further deny their actions caused Plaintiffs damages. |
