In this case, Plaintiffs Ricky Shuffler and Dovie Shuffler claim the defendant, Timothy Liechty, was operating his vehicle at a speed in excess of the posted limit and fa iled to avoid a collision with the vehicle driven by Plaintiff Ricky Shuffler. The defendant, Timothy Liechty, disputes that he was negligent and alleges that the negligence of Plaintiff Ricky Shuffler was the sole cause of the damage to Plaintiffs.
