Statement of Case:
Turbo Transport claims that on or about August 3, 2024 the parties entered into a written, signed Contract Hauling Agreement and an Equipment Lease to Own Agreement relating to a 2001 Freightliner Classic. Turbo Transport claims that Defendant Ottaway breached the contract by causing and/or allowing the vehicle to sustain damage, failing to obtain bobtail insurance, failing to maintain the Freightliner Classic to DOT standards, and failing to make payments as required by the contract, causing Plaintiff Turbo Transport damages. Defendant Ottaway contends that this agreement was executed based upon fraudulent inducement by the Plaintiff. |
