Statement of Case:
Premises Liability/negligence against bar for bar fight outside of bar. Bar owner had seperated plaintiff and assailant inside the bar after they were involved in an altercation inside. Plaintiff was escorted out of the bar while the assailant stayed inside. Assailant then snuck out a side door and engaged plaintiff in a further altercation in which plaintiff was allegedly injured. Plaintiff alleged that the bar was negligent in failing to call the police and in failing to keep the assailant and the plaintiff seperated. Plaintiff alleged TBI symptoms and asked jury for approximately $500,000.
