Statement of Case:
This case arises from a motor vehicle collision which occurred between the Plaintiff, Robyn Mengwasser, and the Defendant Joseph Comito, who was operating a vehicle owned by the Defendant Capital City Fruit Co. The collision happened on September 28, 2015 in Polk County. The Plaintiff Robyn Mengwasser seeks monetary damages for personal injuries that she alleges she sustained as a result of the collision. Defendants admit that they are at fault for the collision. The issues to be decided are causation and the extent of Plaintiff’s damages.
