Plaintiff Dennis J. Pickens seeks to recover damages for injuries he allegedly sustained in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on February 29, 2016 between a vehicle she was driving and a vehicle driven by Defendants Jeremiah Wayne Zeien and owned by Jeremiah Zeien and Melissa Wulf-Zeien. Defendants admit that Jeremiah was at fault in causing the accident but disputes the nature and extent of injuries claimed by the Plaintiff. Defendants admit that Plaintiff suffered “physical injuries.”
