In this case Kathleen Brownell claims that since July 2015 Scott Johnson and the Johnson Farm Account Trust have intentionally and improperly interfered with a contract between Kathleen Brownell and Phillip Johnson; namely the right for Kathleen Brownell to receive alimony payments from Phillip Johnson pursuant to a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage and Stipulation and Agreement filed on May 29, 2013. Scott Johnson and the Johnson Farm Account Trust deny any improper interference.
