Statement of Case: This is an alleged dental negligence case in which the plaintiff seeks damages. Plaintiff Billy Baugher alleges that Jyothi Naidu, D.D.S. was negligent in the care and treatment she provided and that her alleged negligence has caused injuries to the plaintiff. Dr. Naidu denies that she was negligent in any respect and denies that any alleged negligence was the cause of any injuries to the plaintiff.
