This is a medical Malpractice case. Plaintiffs Joann Pellock and Mitchell Pellock allege that Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) James Wieters was negligent in his care and treatment of Richard Pellock, and as a result of this alleged negligence, Plaintiffs were damaged.
Plaintiffs have sued CRNA Wieters’ employer, Mississippi Valle Anesthesiology, P.C. Defendant denies that CRNA Wieters was negligent or that anything he did caused any damage.
