On March 8, 2024, Defendant Frank Sailer was driving a vehicle in Manchester, Iowa and struck a vehicle driven by Plaintiff Leslie Lindstrom. Plaintiff claims that Defendant was negligent and that she suffered damages as a result of his negligence. Defendant admits that he was negligent and that his negligence caused some injury and damages to Plaintiff but denies the nature and extent of the injuries and damages Plaintiff claims.
