This case arises out of a slip and fall injury which occurred on January 2, a motor vehicle accident which occurred on January 2, 2017. Plaintiff, Julie Giles claims that the Defendant TLH Cleaning, LLC was negligent or at fault in causing the accident and resulting injuries and damages. The Defendant denies the claims of the Plaintiff and claims that Plaintiff was at fault for the incident.
