| Injuries alleged: | Plaintiff alleged he suffered a 2nd through 5th tarsometatarsal fracture dislocation, Lisfranc’s joint dislocation in his left foot, 2nd and 3rd metatarsal malalignment, and CCJ traumatic arthritis in the left foot, from a slip-and-fall incident on a patch of ice in a Hy-Vee parking lot on December 10, 2022. Plaintiff’s injuries required surgical repair. |
