Plaintiffs Bruce Leeck and Alicia Salic-Leeck claim Defendant Braden Johnson is responsible for injuries Alicia sustained when Braden Johnson assaulted her by hitting her in the head with a security camera at the Hamilton County Jail. Plaintiffs seek damages for future medical expenses, Past and Future Loss of Function, Past and Future Loss of Enjoyment of Life, Consortium, and Punitive damages. It has already been established by the Court that Braden Johnson was responsible for causing the damages to Bruce Leeck and Alicia Salic-Leeck. The parties disagree as to the extent of the damages. |
