Statement of Case:
Plaintiffs, Susan Benson, claims that Defendant, Edward S. Henrich, D.P.M., was negligent in the medical care he provided her. Ms. Benson also claims that Dr. Henrich failed to communicate to her sufficient information for her to give informed consent to surgery. Ms. Benson claims that the actions of Dr. Henrich have caused her injuries and damages. Dr. Henrich denies that he was negligent in the medical care he provided Ms. Benson. Dr. Henrich denies that he failed to provide Plaintiff with sufficient information for her to give informed consent to surgery. Dr. Henrich also denies that his actions caused any of the injuries or damages claimed by Ms. Benson. Dr. Henrich claims that some part, if not all, of the injuries or damages suffered by Ms. Benson were caused by the actions of Jean and Darren McGann.
