Statement of Case:
This is a civil case brought by the Plaintiff Michael Morrisey against the Defendants All Iowa Homes, Inc. Plaintiff claims that Defendant All Iowa Homes, Inc. did not disclose certain defects with regard to a house that he purchased from All Iowa Homes. Plaintiff claims the failure to disclose defects violated the seller’s obligation to disclose the information and constituted a material breach of sale contract. Plaintiff also claims that the Defendant made misrepresentations to him.
